With profound sorrow and a heavy heart, we inform that Philip O’Brien, the esteemed Vice President of the CEBC passed away. Over the weekend, we received the heartbreaking news that Philip has left us after a courageous two-years long battle with cancer.
Philip was more than a colleague to us, he was a cherished friend. His expertise, passionately shared with all of us, has been a driving force in our activities. As a dedicated member and Vice President, Philip’s work was instrumental in shaping our direction.
Above all, we will remember Philip for his friendship. His kindness and unwavering support will be remembered within our community. His spirit, dedication, and legacy will forever remain a part of the CEBC.
We extend our deepest condolences to Philip’s wife, family, friends, Irish Building Control Institute, and all who knew him.
Rest in peace Philip
